Bryant Phillips is an American artist who lives and works in Boston. Born in 1965 in Sumpter, South Carolina, he is passionate about drawing and illustrating since his early childhood; nature and wildlife, as while as a deep love of the great outdoors define his life. He was inspired by works of John James Audubon, Thomas Moran, Georgia O’Keeffe, Ansel Adams and especialy John Muir; he pays deep attention to technique and details in his work. His work give life and often records both current and history which he is a devoted student of, he earned his master’s in early American history from Boston University.
